Wild Rice Chicken Casserole

Course: Main Course

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Jar Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Box Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice Fast Cook
  • 1 Pound Pork Sausage (hot if you like spicy)
  • 1-2 Dashes Worchestershire Sauce

Instructions

  • Cook whole chicken, debone and cut up in bite size pieces
  • Cook Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice according to instructions on the box
  • Cook pork sausage and drain
  • Mix all together and put in baking dish
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
